Wrist bands must be worn at all times.
All ticket holders must be present at the gate to obtain a wrist band.
There will be one colour wristband for those 18 and over. Those that appear to look under the age of 25 (in conjunction with the challenge 25 policy) will be asked to prove photo ID (Driving licence or passport checked by UV light.) A different colour wristband will be issued for those under 18. If challenged for looking under the age of 25 and no valid ID (Driving license or passport) can be produced an under 18’s wrist band will be issued. All children under the age of 5 will be asked to write a contact number on the childs wristband.
The festival holds a fully licensed bar and anyone looking under the age of 25 will be asked to show a valid photo I.D (Driving License or Passport). Failure to prove I.D means that you will be prohibited from purchasing and consuming alcohol on site. If caught doing so you will be escorted of site and the police will be informed.

Entry to the venue and event is by ticket only, subject to the following terms; If during entry search you are found to be in possession of alcohol, opened plastic containers or glass bottles, you will be asked to place them in the bins provided.
Any persons wearing an Under 18 wristband and found to be consuming alcohol shall have the alcohol confiscated and be issued with a verbal warning. If the offence is repeated, you, and your responsible adult (if you are aged 16 or under), will be removed from the event.
If you arrive at the site already intoxicated, you shall be refused entry.

The follow drug rules are in place;
Option 1 - Place your drugs in the amnesty bin provided en-route to the main entrance.
Option 2 - You are searched, and any drugs found for personal use are confiscated. Your name & address will be noted, and you will be refused entry to the event.
Option 3 - You are searched, and any drugs found that exceed personal use are confiscated. Your name & address will be noted, you will be detained, and police will be informed.
No Refund or Exchange Policy is available on any tickets purchased for the event.
Legislation regarding smoking inside public places applies.
Any person found in possession of a weapon shall be detained and the police will be called.
Please Do Not Bring On Site:
1. Alcohol & Food - No food or alcoholic drinks are allowed on site (UNLESS A VALID DOCUMENT CAN BE PRODUCED IF FOOD IS REQUIRED FOR ANY HEALTH REASON)
2. Glass Items - Please place all glass items in the bins provided. All soft drinks must be in a sealed and unopened plastic containers
3. Fireworks & sky lanterns
4. Potential weapons
5. Portable laser equipment - Including laser pens
6. Any illegal or offensive items
8. Sound Systems
On approach to the main gate, there will be amnesty bins. If you do find yourself carrying prohibited items, this will be your opportunity to dispose of them without any further issues.
You will be subject to bag/personal searches. Anyone refusing to be searched shall be refused entry to the event.
Pass Out Policy
Their will be no pass out during the festival. Once you are inside the festival you can make use of all the facilities available.
1. No refund or exchange policy is available on any tickets purchased for the event
2. All under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.
3. Anyone under 18 trying to enter the festival alone will not be granted access.
4. Torn or damaged tickets will not be accepted. Both parts of the tickets must be intact.
6. Advanced tickets are priced at £15
7. Gate tickets are priced at £20
8. All ticket holders must be present at the gate to obtain their wristbands.
Camping gates open at 9am. Tents - Campervans - caravans are welcome. Please note their is no electrical hook ups and no generators allowed on site. Free water is available throughout the festival site via our stand pipes dotted around the field.
Camping Wristbands can be purchased from the box office at an extra cost of £2 per person.
No entry to the camping field will be allowed unless wristbands are purchased.
